Found a bug with the photo gallery which I think is what's behind the issue with images mysteriously disappearing.

I need to go back and check out the older galleries but the more recent ones (Surf N Turf and Coast To Coast) should be OK now.

I've now checked & fixed the remaining galleries. Should be all good from now on.
