The Moehau Multisport Races

The Moehau is described as one of the most spectacular challenges on the multisport calendar, showcasing some of the stunning bush and scenery that the northern Coromandel peninsula has to offer. Only 2½ hours drive from Auckland, Tauranga and Hamilton it is one of New Zealand's best kept secrets.

The event offers 4 courses to choose from:

  • 120km Long Course Multisport - spectacular & challenging with 4 stages starting with a sea kayak from Long Bay Coromandel
  • 66km Short Course Multisport - spectacular  course with 4 stages starting with a 14km sea kayak from Long Bay Coromandel
  • 53km Off Road Tri - challenging with 4 stages starting with a 1.5km swim at Waitete Bay
  • 52km Duathlon - stunning 3 stage that starts with a 22km mountain bike from Waitete Bay

Competitors will all finish at Coromandel Area School Field.
