Nelson's premier MTB Race, incorporating a spectacular 40km loop of the stunning mineral belt. Two 40km course options to cater for different levels of fitness and skill, both of which loop the mineral belt: The Coppermine Epic is a truly all mountain race designed to test all riders' skills and fitness levels. This course is aimed at the mountain bike racer and those with experienced riding skills. The Coppermine Enduro is a good introduction to the area with less climbing than the epic but including the same demanding descent of boulder valley. This course is aimed at those wanting the achievement of looping the mineral belt and is suitable for the recreational racer.
