The main idea behind this event is that it provides a unique 'once a year' access for competitors to Southland's exceptional and distinctive Hokonui landscape, fostering grass roots sporting development and also enhancing tourism in the area. Whether you run or cycle you'll be blown away by Southlands iconic Hokonui Hills. Compete in the BNZ Moonlighters 35km or Cycle Surgery Dead Keen 40km Mountain Bike or the Allan White Shoe Clinic Bootleggers 15km or the Hillbillies 5km run/walk. Come and take part in this once-a-year opportunity!
