Adventurer, Shaun Quincey, 24, has rowed over 2000km passing the halfway mark on his epic solo rowing expedition from Australia to New Zealand. Celebrations were quickly dampened when Shaun's desalination unit or drinking water machine suddenly failed. Without the ability to create fresh drinking water, Shaun is over 1000km from assistance or rescue potentially putting the crossing in significant risk.
