George Thomas Paralympic Paddler To Represent New Zealand In Poland

On Sunday 15th August George Thomas will depart Auckland Airport, bound for Poznan, Poland. He will be travelling to represent New Zealand in the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships. George will be taking part in the V1 Para-canoeing event, the first time this event has been included into the Canoe world championships.

The first ever ‘Swim to Mahia’ challenge is just that. August and September is a time when many people start thinking about their personal fitness so this is about challenging participants to swim the 45.5 kilometres to Mahia.
