Young Auckland triathlete Teresa Adam enjoyed her best finish on the ITU World Cup circuit with an impressive 15th place at Tiszaujvaros in Hungary overnight while 19 year old Rebecca Kingsford (Tirau) finished in 32nd as both continued their preparation for the U23 World Championships in Budapest next month.

UPDATED: Kiwis will be out in force at Tiszaujvaros in Hungary for the sixth round of the ITU World Cup season this weekend with the majority of New Zealand’s ‘potential squad’ and younger triathletes looking to gain valuable experience and world ranking points ahead of the final two World Champ Series events in Kitzbuhel and Budapest.

Well I have completed the last half Ironman of my north american season with a another top 5 result in the Calgary 70.3 Ironman this morning. So I couldn't quite repeat my top 3 placing from here last year, but still happy with my third top 5 finish of the season.
